Pricing and funding

I keep my pricing simple and transparent. Life with ADHD is complicated enough!

First session: free discovery call

Your first 30-minute call is always free.

It’s a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if coaching is right for you. There’s no pressure, and no obligation.

And if either of us feels like you need a different kind of support from what I can offer, this call gives me the information I need to recommend an existing contact or to ask my professional networks who might be a better fit.

Session pricing

Current rate: $75 AUD / 60-minute session

While I’m completing my formal ADHD coaching certification, I offer sessions at a reduced rate of $75 AUD — around half the typical fee for a certified coach.

Future pricing: July 2026 and beyond

From July 2026, I’ll be a certified ADHD coach and will begin charging market rates for new clients.

If you start working with me before then, you’ll continue to receive a loyalty discount — because I value the trust you’ve placed in me.

Government funding: Employee Assistance Fund (EAF)

ADHD coaching is currently not subsidised by Medicare or the NDIS.

But if you have a formal ADHD diagnosis and are employed or self-employed you may be eligible for up to $1,682/yr for coaching support through the Employee Assistance Fund (EAF).

This funding can cover the cost of sessions, but the application process can be bureaucratic and confusing. If you’d like to access EAF support but feel the paperwork might be a barrier, please reach out. We can work through the application together, and I can defer invoicing until the funding comes through.

Accessibility matters

If you’re navigating financial stress or systemic barriers, let’s talk.
I believe coaching should be accessible, and I can likely help you find an affordable solution.
